Worked all afternoon on putting together my first batch of cookie boxes. 3 flavours are included in these boxes: Chocolate Crackle, Chocolate Chip Chunk, and Crackerjacks - I do know how to make cookies that do not start with "C" :-)
I now know how many cookies can be made from each batch, which can help me figure out my time for Wednesday, when the next batch of cookie boxes need to be made.
The cookies are delicious, I'm very proud of these boxes. I forgot to get some business cards made up so unfortunately these boxes will not do any advertising for me, but my friend will pass on the word. I will for sure get business cards on the next batch - I don't want to miss this opportunity to get the word out there.
